Return & Exchange Policy

• Lahore (same-day delivery/pickup): Returns/exchanges must be decided immediately at delivery.
• Outside Lahore: Customers have 2 days from delivery to initiate a return/exchange.
• Exchanges are allowed if the product is unused, in original packaging, and supported with an unboxing video.
• Refunds are only applicable on warranty-backed products (Max Media LLC or manufacturer warranty) if a valid defect is proven.
• A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.
• Final Sale or Clearance items are non-returnable and clearly marked on the website.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
• Inspection is conducted by the PopLife team on camera, and evidence is shared with the customer.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original bank transfer method only.
• A 5% handling fee is deducted from all approved refunds to cover shipping, handling, administrative, fulfillment, and restocking expenses.
• Customers are responsible for return courier charges unless the item was shipped in error or arrived defective.

. Non-Eligibility for Claims

Claims will not be accepted if:
• Product shows physical damage, water damage, or electrical shock after delivery.
• Product has been altered, repaired, or tampered with by the customer or unauthorized parties.
